WriterHub User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of WriterHub. By applying, logging in, or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility

To register as a writer, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate personal and academic information
• Submit original writing samples
• Agree to follow WriterHub work and quality guidelines

2. Writer Responsibilities

• Submit original, plagiarism-free content
• Meet all deadlines unless discussed with support
• Follow formatting and instruction guidelines for each order
• Maintain professional communication on the platform
• Handle revisions promptly when required

3. Prohibited Actions

Writers must not:

• Share client information outside WriterHub
• Use AI tools to generate full assignments
• Submit previously written or purchased work
• Contact clients outside the platform
• Undermine platform integrity or security

4. Payments & Earnings

• Earnings are credited after successful order approval
• Payouts are weekly or monthly depending on your setup
• No earnings are paid for canceled or rejected orders due to misconduct
• Bonuses may be awarded for exceptional performance

5. Account Termination

WriterHub may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Repeated plagiarism or poor-quality submissions
• Missed deadlines without valid reason
• Unprofessional behavior towards staff or clients
• Fraudulent information or identity
• Violation of platform rules

6. Limitation of Liability

WriterHub is not responsible for losses caused by:

• Technical issues outside our control
• Writer submission errors or delays
• Incorrect payment details provided by writers

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.
